How long will the appointment be?

For Regular Glam bookings, We will spend 1.5 hours together.

All creative glam bookings can vary from 2-4 hours.

Is there a booking or cancellation fee?

A $50 non-refundable booking deposit per person is required to secure all appointments which can be paid via the invoice. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, under no circumstances will this be refunded including event cancellation and falling ill (i.e. Covid). Group/Mobile bookings also require a 50% deposit of the total service fee. Invoices will be sent out via emailed and require payment within 48 hours.

Can you travel to me?

I am only able to travel to clients if the booking is with 3 or more people. Please click here to submit a travel booking enquiry.

What are the travel fees?

Any distance from fawkner (3060) will incur a travel fee of $2 for every additional 1km of travel (to and from).

ALL parking costs (if applicable) will be added to the invoice


MAKEUP REMOVAL FEE
Arriving with makeup on will incur a $20 removal fee and may reduce application time. If significant time is lost, the client must choose whether to prioritise eyes or base.

how do I prep for my appointment?

For the best makeup application results, I highly recommend thoroughly cleansing your face and hydrating with your regular skincare. Don’t forget your lips - apply a generous amount of lip balm or an overnight lip mask the night before, as well as on the day of your appointment. The more hydrated your skin is, the better the makeup will look and last!

I also recommend removing any unwanted facial hair at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure a smooth and even application.

how far in advance should I book?

the earlier the better. this completely avoids any disappointment! my bookings open 6-8 months in advance.

 for bridal I open bookings up to 12-16 months in advance
